Our clients sought retrospective planning permission to convert ground floor office space into a two-bedroom flat. The application proposed no external changes, focusing purely on internal reconfiguration.

The new 74sqm flat is very high quality, exceeds minimum space standards and utilises an area historically used for residential purposes (the caretaker’s accommodation).
