Great service from Martin who helped us challenge a decision about extending our kitchen forward by about 1.5m to align with an existing porch, running half way across the front of our house. The LA said it would alter the character of the neighbourhood, but the appeal decision said the area was “an eclectic mix” already… a point Martin got across for us very effectively.

i came across martin via my architect when i had a planning application for a house in my garden Refused, I emailed Martin explained what had happened. He had a look on the Planning portal To see what the planning authority Had refused my application on . He then got back to me. The next day told me his thoughts on why he thought they were wrong. told me an upfront fee what it would cost me to go to appeal. He also gave me an approximate percentage rate of passing through the appeal. The next day I agreed for him to carry out the appeal on. my behalf within three ot four days He sent me a draft copy across for me to check and approve which I did. He then submitted the appeal and all this was done within a week or so of me contacting him. He then kept me up-to-date with any updates that he received and pleased to say that my application was approved on appeal. Successfully, I found Martin reasonable prompt and very professional would not hesitate to use Martin at Just Planning again

After 2 failed planning attempts for a small side infill extension in the Borough of Greenwich we asked Martin for help. His appeal to the planning inspectorate was very well thought out and explained why the council's reasons for refusing it weren't valid.
