Wyre Council were happy with the design and appearance of these proposed extensions but were concerned that the would harm living conditions at a neighbouring property.
The extension was proposed to project close to a neighbour with a ground floor window looking directly at the appeal property.
The inspector agreed with us that this window was already enclosed by the hedge and boundary between the two properties and that the new extension would not substantially change the existing situation.
