I would highly recommend Just Planning. Martin was extremely helpful from the get go. We heard about Martin and his business through online forums and we were not disappointed. Our property had its permitted development rights taken away 30+ years ago and it had only come to light as a problem recently after we had been strongly rejected planning permission for an extension due to over development and the fact we were on green belt. Although Martin did not have a hand in the original planning rejection he advised me on the matter anyway.
