I was served an enforcement notice on a loft extension I had done on my building. I contacted a number of people one of which was Martin. Of all the people I spoke to I found Martin to be the most knowledgeable and eloquent. He was able to answer all my questions on our first phone call, he didn’t rush me and I felt confident that he was the right choice to represent my case. Once I instructed him, he was very thorough and he put together a first rate statement. At every stage of the appeal he kept me informed and answered all my questions. Our permitted development application was rejected because this is removed by a condition. We then referred to Martin. He gave us a very detail analysis and choice of options over phone call and emails (before we employ him!). He then wrote a very professional statement to support the planning permission application (retrospective). Many design companies said our applications would be rejected and even for appeal it is only 50% chance because of the large dormer design. But Marin wins this for us!
