We've just had an appeal find in our favour against the London Borough of Hillingdon, and we used Martin at Just Planning for the appeal process. Our property sits on a corner and the borough ruled that we had two principal elevations, which is against what is stated in the Technical Guidance. Whilst the process has been incredibly lengthy, this is in no way down to Just Planning - their involvement was the easiest part of the whole process. The reports were drawn up quickly and efficiently, we were able to review them prior to submission, and communication throughout has been excellent. I reviewed lots of 'planning appeal specialists' before choosing Martin and his team - the work was well worth it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. *****
