Based in Warwickshire and having had 3 years of misery from the local planning depart as well as much bad advice from planning consultants and architects, we were getting close to despair. Despite myself having had many years experience in the building and development industry, we were just getting nowhere fast!!! Until we decided to enlist the help and support of Martin Gaine (Just Planning). His service was swift and understanding - he quickly grasped a hold of the situation and set about doing his work (bearing in mind that we were one of a great many of his customers). Everything was done without a fuss and over the phone/email. Long story short, Martin got us the result we wanted first time and without fuss - We won our Appeal and just wish we had taken this course of action sooner and not listened to the local planning department or indeed the so called "specialists" we contacted!!!
