After 2 failed planning attempts for a small side infill extension in the Borough of Greenwich we asked Martin for help. His appeal to the planning inspectorate was very well thought out and explained why the council’s reasons for refusing it weren’t valid. He was able to guide us through the planning appeal process, explaining all relevant points and steps for us and interested parties. He drafted all the documentation for us to review and was very collaborative in amending to suit our needs and points, advising on the best course of action to win the appeal.
